Terms of Use for Tap2Quote

These terms cover your use of the Tap2Quote app ("the App"). By using the App you agree to them.

1. What Tap2Quote does

Tap2Quote helps painters and decorators write quotes for their customers. It suggests wording, works out paint and materials costs from built-in Brewers prices, and adds up your totals.

2. Your quotes are your responsibility

The App is a tool to help you. You are responsible for checking every quote before you send it, including measurements, quantities, prices, VAT and wording. Built-in paint and materials prices are a guide taken from Brewers' public prices and may change at any time; always check current prices with your supplier.

3. Subscription and free trial

Tap2Quote Pro costs £9.99 a month after a 3-day free trial.

Your subscription is bought and managed through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
If you don't cancel before the free trial ends, you'll be charged £9.99 and the subscription renews each month until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their own refund policies.

4. Your data

Your business details, customers, quotes and photos are stored on your own phone. See our Privacy Policy for full details. Keep your phone backed up — if you delete the App or lose your phone, your quotes may be lost.

5. Fair use

Don't use the App to break the law, to mislead customers, or to copy or resell the App.

6. Liability

We work hard to make the App accurate and reliable, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost jobs, lost profit, or mistakes in quotes. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under UK law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
